Bottle Depot Manager

Aldergrove Return-It Depot is looking for a full time Bottle Depot Manager. Location: 27482 Fraser hwy, Aldergrove, BC V4W 3N5 Working hours : 30~40 hours per week, may have to work overtime if needed Wage : $31.75~$32.50 per hour (based on experience) Job type : Full-time, Permanent Benefit: 4% of vacation pay (depending on previous experience and training, salaries may vary) Responsibilities include -Manage staff and assign duties for each recycling items such as small appliances, paper, beverage containers and end-of-life electronics -Plan budgets, authorize expenses for maintaining facilities such as kiosk and keep track of profits -Investigate market research and trends to work on recycling business -Negotiate with business partners when to deal with recycling items -Evaluate and upgrade customer service and resolve customer requests and problems -Deal with staffing requirements, including recruitment -Manage the operations of establishments engaged on recycling departments -Arrange credit policies throughout the whole recycling procedure Qualifications/Summary of Experience -Minimum 3~5 years of related retail or wholesale sales experience -Completion of secondary school is required. Degree in business administration or other field related to customer service is a plus. Note: Please indicate your status in Canada (e.g. Canadian, PR or Open work permit).
