Duties: Supervise, train and co-ordinate tasks of the customer service clerks; Coordinate and monitor the customer accounts and monitor customer orders and transactions; Ensure all customer service clerks to provide good services to customers; Ensure all orders made and delivered on time with good condition, and communicate with customers if there is any issue with the order; Serve customers and answer questions regarding orders and products, and give quotes to customers and recommend products to purchase;
Requirements: College diploma or university degree is required (Preferred to be business, accounting, economics, customer service field); Minimum of 6 months customer service experience is required; Person who has only secondary diploma needs to prove experience of 2 years or more in customer service field
