Restaurant Manager

Tokyo John is looking for experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team Restaurant: Tokyo John Work Location: 3365 Cambie Street, Vancouver BC, V5Z 2W6 Position: Restaurant Manager, Full time, Permanent Wage and working hours: $24.50 per hour and 30~40 hrs per week (full time) Duties: - Plan and organize the operations of restaurant, hall, kitchen and other food service - Plan and determine type of services to be offered - Analyze operating cost to operate efficiently - Manage staff schedules and Oversee staff training - Monitor staff performance - Resolve customer complaints - Negotiate arrangements with food suppliers -Manage inventory and check revenues and modify prices and cost - Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and meet the standard Requirement: - Min 3 years of experience in food service sector, including some supervisory experience - Able to work in evening and Weekends - Able to communicate in English - Secondary graduation or higher If you are interested in applying for this position and meet the requirements indicated above, please send your resume by e-mail tokyojohnhiring@gmail.com
