If you need a quiet garden level suite or pied-à-terre we may need you. We are looking for a long term tenant who fits our family of 3, myself who works from home and my teenage daughters who are (mostly) quiet and respectful. We are a smoke free home and may allow pets, very dependant on the pet as we have pets as well. If you like to garden, there is an outdoor area for pots and entertaining. Possibly a small area for veggies too and close access for hose watering and a rain barrel. The suite is in Oaklands on a quiet street. There is street parking but I may be able to offer off street parking with flexibility The washroom is brand new, lots of storage. Tub and tub-shower. A new double bed, closet and dresser. Kitchen has full size appliances and a dishwasher. Plenty of storage and open shelves. There is a counter bar space with two bar stools. Laundry area has a new combo washer/dryer and linen storage above. The living area has two large 8 foot + wide windows, one east and one south facing. A large tv with storage below and a 12 foot long sofa. There is also a desk area near the window with more storage cabinets above and below. Blinds and drapes. We are mostly a quiet household, and pretty much all are in bed by 10. We are looking for the same and it's important to us to have a good fit with our lifestyle. There are times where the kids have friends over later but our living area isn't over the suite so that is helpful. The price is inclusive; hydro, gas, water, cable. Available April 15 at the earliest. If you'd prefer bringing your own bed that is fine too. Small appliances, dishes etc can be available or not. Please email back with a little about yourself.
