A well-established sign company in Burnaby, BC is looking for a Machinist Company: CNC Channel Sign Job Position: Machinist, Permanent, Full-time Job Location: 6741 Cariboo Rd #302, Burnaby, BC V3N 4A3 Wage and working hours: $34.00 per hour, 30~40 hours per week Experience and qualification: - Secondary education is required - English language ability (able to communicate in English) is required - Min 2 years of work experience in machinery repair, machine operator, mechanic or related field Key Responsibilities: - Determine and operate machine tools machining operation - Load tools and perform set-ups for the completion of a job - Compute dimensions and tolerances and measure work pieces - Verify dimensions of products for accuracy using precision measuring instruments - Take measurements and make adjustments to produce parts - Monitor machine while working and maintain consistency and resolve issues - Perform routine machine maintenance and repair damages - Assemble machined metal parts and subassemblies Please email your resume to cncchannelhr@gmail.com Only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
