Pilates Instructor We are looking for a Pilates Instructor to join our team in Burnaby, BC, Canada. Clinic Name: Joayo Therapy Position and condition: Pilates Instructor, Full time, Permanent Wage Rate and working hours: $21 per hour / 30~40 Hours per week Work Location: 4664 Lougheed Hwy suite 100CBurnaby, BC V5C 5T5 Start date: as soon as possible Main Duties: -Instruct and develop a variety of Pilates classes to clients of all levels -Conduct therapeutic recreational or athletic activities -Plan the Pilates programs based on posture and functional ability -Assess clients’ physical conditions, capabilities, and limitations -Maintain client records and update them regularly -Provide instruction in Pilates techniques, posture and breathing -Watch clients to ensure they are performing exercises correctly and safely -Maintain a clean and safe Pilates studio environment -Engage class participants and encourage client retention Qualifications: - Completion of college program in Pilates or physical education or related or min 1 year of experience in Pilates is required - Able to communicate in English -Completion of secondary school -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you meet the requirements indicated above, please feel free to apply by sending resume by e-mail to joayotherapyhr@yahoo.com Those who are qualified will be contacted
